8ta launches 50% free airtime promotion

I apologize that we could not give all the details about this promotion, but we really tried to get comment from 8ta. We contacted both the executives and PRs, but no-one at the company could tell us what this promotion is all about. This is despite the fact that the promotion is live...
 
I've asked in the thread in the 8ta section too,
Can you buy R1200 airtime and then get R600 bonus airtime? Can I then buy the 60 GB data special with that R1800 airtime?
 
Interesting, I'm learning about the Cell-C all-in-one vouchers for the first time. Sound very handy. Unfortunately you still have to go to the Cell C shops to buy it.

That 8ta deal sounds fantastic. Looking forward to hearing more details as they arrive.

This sounds like an amazing deal, which means there's gotta be a huge catch somewhere. :(
 
Bought a 8ta sim this week to test out the newtork,too bad there is no 8ta signal in my place I really wanted the 2 gig promo and roaming seems to be draining my battery more.

Did you call/ask 8ta to activate the sim for the data promo deals? If not, you will not be able to select the 8ta network anywhere.
 
As usual, great offers from 8ta and Cell C, with quite a disappointing attempt by MTN. I realize these are promotions for which we should be grateful for, but MTN just never seem to really compete :(
