My CellC is about to die I need 8ta...

hey, last year in march i got the Cell C 24gb thing for 1499, but thats over now so i was thinking about the 8ta 10gb for R200...

would I be able to use my cellC E1752 modem with the 8TA 10GB R200?
what is needed for the contract?
what other costs are there?
Will 8ta work properly with fast 3G in (GP,pretoria, Rietvalleirand, view street) and (KZN,empangeni, Badenhorst street)

1. Yes
2. 3 months bank statement, salary slip, ID
3. R200 (or there about) sim and connection fee (once off)
4. You'll have to test. Have a look at the coverage map on the 8ta website for an indication.

is the cover map accurate?
wont the cell c software clash with 8ta software?
 
The software is the same, just customised for different brands (i.e. the GUI) .. and yes the sims work vice versa. I have tried it.

No, the map isn't very accurate but it will give a good indication. Best way to test is to get an 8ta sim, make sure it's on non-roaming, load up some airtime and run a speed test or two.
