uh what do mean? Are you talking about vouchers or TopUp airtime? Are you asking what different value airtime vouchers you can purchase? I have seen in Rands: 5, 29, 55, 110. I am not sure about higher values.

A lot of stores these days uses the NPPS system though, meaning that you tell them how much you want ie R290.00 and they charge your number with that amount.

What is not universally known is a special offer Vodacom has had right from the start: if you are a heavy user and you buy R1,000 of airtime, you actually get R1,100 credited on your phone. Effectively a 10% discount. Great for family users, who can then transfer a lot of it to other numbers -- well over half, if I remember correctly.
