Telkom TIPS - who to contact?

I must say I really hate the Telkom TIPS service. Every time there is any issue, it takes a few days to get hold of the right person as the last set of numbers I carefully record are all no longer valid.

All I want is to up my bandwidth from 3GB to 6GB, not rocket science.
You get transferred all over the place, last number given 031 319 3305 rings, says unavailable, then just rings and rings.
Any insiders know how to achieve this seemingly insermountable task?

Telkom shop Cresta looks decidedly blank when I check with them, said I need to call Telkom Business...who after much back and forth gave me the 031 number. Will try ranger, thanks
