Where to buy SPIRE siri Proxy??

Hey guys has anyone tried out any of these Payed SPIRE siri proxy companies or are they all scams?

i managed to get siriport.ru working for a day & it was awesome.
unfortunately because its free everyone started using it, and eventually, it no longer responded :cry:
after searching the net i came across a list of top 5 working SIRI proxy servers for a fee of 20$
I'm willing to pay, but I'm worried it might just be another scam.
Can anyone verify if this is a legitimate offer??
 
it can do everything else, add calendar alerts, add shopping lists, voice dictation in any app for texting.
believe me once you've used it you'll see what i mean.

I'm sure siri can do that without a proxy?
