Free calls and SMS's after 7? anyone know which provider/contract this is?

My mom said my gran has a contract that allows her to phone anyone for free after 7 and comes with free SMS'es.

The only company I know of is 8ta, and they let you nominate 1 land line number for free calls? Apparently my aunt has the same contract.

Would love to go read up on it, because I'm kicking myself if this is true and I just recently renewed my contract with MTN...
 
Neotel handsets look like old cell phones but are actually using a landline numbers. The ones in Durban can be used almost anywhere in Durban, just like a cell. they are still rolling out their network though so have not advertised.

Handset is R399 once off. Neotel to Neotel after 7pm is free. Neotel to Neotel during day is like 15 cents a minute or something. And Neotel to Telkom is cheaper than Telkom to Telkom. No contract, no monthly fees. Pay as you go.

So the more people you convince to get one, the cheaper it becomes for you
