More talk about plans to implement plans to,,,,,,
Must be some hectic berg winds predicted in the parliment area for tomorrow.

Oh my! At least we can get a preview of what will NOT happen before 2009. Everything they say will happen... :D

Sounds like they're planning to plan... I can see the calendar at the DoC - filled with entries like 'Meeting to discuss next week's meeting'.

LOL, interspersed amongst entries like 'meeting postponed bcos MoC ate all the doughnuts'...

And meetings cancelled because it is the MoC's sleepy sleepy time...

So what happened? I just checked that PDF and it said it was 9AM... I've been watching Parliament channel all morning hoping to catch it. Did anyone see it? Or is it still coming up? Where can I check the parliament itinerary?

-EDIT: http://www.parliament.gov.za
I checked out their programme and it doesn't seem to mention any DoC presentation... wtf?

And the strategy is:
1. Lunch-hour naps to be enforced strictly for a minimum period of 3 hours per day.
2. Free doughnuts at tea-time.
3. Talkative employees will be allowed free space in media of their choice to sound off on imminent empty promises. A list of suitable subjects will be displayed on the notice boards.
