And once again I am amazed that a city council can provide people with what Telkom cannot (will not).
The SmartCape in the libraries is E X T R E M E L Y SLOOOOW, and the PCs are straight out of the Ark. I wonder what they are like in the trucks?
The guy in charge sounds extremely slippery to me. Where did all the money that Bill Gates and his wife donated go? Its the slowest internet I've ever used anywhere in the world. The kids using it have a long chat waiting for a single page to load. I tried calling the people running it but they didn't come back to me.
