iPad orders in Chinese cities dwindle under legal threats

Could these be Apple's chickens coming home to roost? It's very funny to see this happen to Apple after all the frivolous lawsuits the company brought against competitors like Samsung and Motorola.
 
iPad sales are probably dwindling, but near-identical iPad's are probably doing brisk business! That's a type of crude but effective protectionism.
