why allyou can eat account reset so late?

now is the 1:30a.m on 1st April.. i find out my all you can eat account is still capped. Why they reset the account so late... so unsatisfy.... hope All you can eat people can improved it.... Cos download speed is faster at midnight rather than during the day...:mad: :mad:
