Looks like you having the same problem as me, I am going to phone them today (hope someone actually answers)
well I phoned them and they say that I have been capped. Even though I have not managed to connect this month. When I asked him why he could not answer me, he just said "Eh, you have been capped, phone this number tomorrow during office hours. 0800500200" What use a a 24 hour support line if they cant help you. Bloody Telkom idiots.
Well, i phoned them again just to see and got a different operator, what a different experience. He told me they have had a few complaints about this and he would get it sorted out in the next 10 minutes. Pity I never got the first idiots name.

If this happens - phone tech support. They needed to "re-synch" my user account on their side whatever that means. Voila ... it worked.
