Use Local Number in a Differnt country free call!

SAy you have any VOIP service and you live in USA NY - and you have an unlimited plan for local - you will have a 212 local number then you gonna send your family in Egypt this device that you got from your provider (differnt names by the provider) and then when you call them from USA it will be consderd local call,,

can anyone give me a comment?

Having a bit of trouble following you but you can do this with skype.

Skype to skype calls are always free no matter where you are. Or they can buy a NY (or other city) number and you can call them on that.

BTW - you're lucky - 212 numbers are like gold.

my question simply is can i buy vonage service here and send the device to another country and i can call them there for free with my cellular phone.'
