I have seen too many companies going too big too quick - and then folding most spectacularly...

According to the article they sold about 4500 BMW 7 series in the region last year. That's about R7 billion worth of sales for one car * - granted it is in the whole region but the region is not that big.

So maybe it is viable...

Does it make sense though? Not to me...

EDIT: * I am assuming it was the BMW 760i which retails for Dhs 800k = ~R1.6 million

Why do companies have these big showrooms that cost money. I prefer the american car lot style of doing things.
