Need help: Absa ADSL username/password recovery

Hi guys

A firend of mine lost their login and password details for an epic old ABSA adsl account, now they need to recover the username and password details.

Does anyone know which website I can go to and ask to reset the password/username and send the details to their registered email? The ABSA website is hopeless.

If the user name and password is on the computer try this its free

If the PC in question is set up for an email account with absa then this software should retrieve the settings used it many times and it is very small.very handy program.

You won't get any help from ABSA (AIA), because it was taken over by Vox/@lantic.
You'll have to call them on 0878050530 (24-Hours) to recover the account details.

They'll probably need the ADSL account holder to fax or E-mail their name, ID number, and
request for account details. They need everything in writing.

Surely they sent him an email or sms confirming the details.
