Hey people

I'm looking for someone to design a website and update it for me. I would like to pay them monthly. It's actually for a client but he wants my help setting it up. Anyone know of any web designers and packages that they offer?

Look out for someone who can design a site that the client can update and change themselves through a content management system like Wordpress

I posted an ad on craigslist.org - and although it was not local, I got lots of good companies from all over the globe sending thier portfolio. Most website design can be done remotely so you might want to try that.

This perhaps is not a bad idea only concern here how do you know this person/company will not run away with your deposit though

Keep it local and keep the money in SA is what I say :D We have more than enough talented developers/ designers

Im a beginner webdesigner , that doesnt make me a complete noob , just eager to start my portfolio.
ive done some template modifying to custom needs and also some fresh designs from the ground up but that takes more time.
Im doing it more for kudos , starting a fresh portfolio.
