Umm, uncle RPM, you will need to track account maker IPs to stop people smurfing and making multiple accounts for multiple guesses. Or make it accounts that are older than January 2012 allowed to play.

What about people who live in same house or rent a room with others in a house and all use different accounts on Mybb e.g students & siblings?

Thats like stopping people from using their own account for competitions, but I like the older than a certain date requirement.
