Move contacts from Blackberry to Moto RAZR

Hi guys. Need urgent help please. My one friend now wants a RAZR too after seeing mine...but she has a Blackberry at the moment. Please can you guys tell me how to move her contacts from her Blackberry over to the RAZR? Using the sim aint gonna work cause the RAZR uses a micro sim. I dont have a cutter either. I know I can most likely do it via outlook...but have never done this before. Is there a easy way of doing it?
 
Actually never mind guys. Found that there is apparently a app you download onto your Blackberry from google and it will sync it to your gmail and then you sync your droid back again. Sorry....I panicked. hehehe.

Ja....I just did not know how to get the contacts onto her gmail to sync it to the phone. Did not know there is a app you can install on Blackberry to do it. It was a bit of a drama with my other friend who had a Iphone. Bloody Apple dont allow you to move your contacts back to your sim...so we googled and googled and eventually found a program that you install on Windows...then you sync your Iphone with Outlook and then this program syncs your gmail with your outlook contacts and then you sync it to your Android. Good grief.
