3.5mm AUX Cable - Polo Radio

Wondering if it's possible to get a 3.5mm cable for my iPod added to my cars radio.

Really would love to be able to play my iPod tracks through my cars speakers but there are no connections on my radio which can do that, is it possible to get a cable added and how much would it cost if it is?

My radio looks like this.. without the 6 disk CD changer

simplest solution would be to get an fm transmitter and connect your ipod to that and play the songs through your car speakers.

Seems like a good option.

Would sound quality be okay? Any ideas on where I can get one?
 
FM reduces quality greatly. Why not upgrade the whole setup and buy a Corsa with 7 speakers and a built in 3.5mm connector? You'll not only get better sound quality, you'll also get a better car :p

No thanks i'd rather take a bicycle and connect my iPod to some Shox mini speakers than buy an Opel :p
 
Rather not, you'll just end up buying the wrong bicycle like a mainstream Titan/Merida or something common :D
 
If you pull the head unit out of the dash does it have any aux connectors on the back. Would also help to know the model of the unit.
 
that looks like the stock radio
it will not have any connectors at the back

try tremor audio
i think they might have an adapter that will be able to connect your ipod
might lose the 6 disc changer as it uses that input iirc

That's an image I found on the internet, mine doesn't have the 6 disc changer, just the radio at the top.

Are tremor in Joburg? I'm in CT.

any cheap cellphone shop keeps them from around r40 at places to r140 at hifi corp...they have a 3.5 input on those transmittors and you play if off a radio frequency ...just have to find one thats not close to any other radio station channels and quality is good
