Radebe said Naidoo was arrested on Friday after allegedly accepting R1 800 in a police trap. The prosecutor was arrested on Monday.

The two allegedly wanted the docket to help a Berea man who was arrested after being caught with a large with a amount of cocaine in his possession.

More arrests were imminent, Radebe said.

So this is how these dockets keep on getting lost.

Perumal Naidoo, 47, a delivery man for the Daily News, appeared in the Durban magistrate's court on Monday. He was released on bail.

Thats is the same name as the provincial police commisioner in Gauteng.
