I really get annoyed when you get accosted by a beggar when you leave the branch. I asked the "guard" why he didn't get rid of this fellow who harasses customers but he said he could do nothing. Eventually this beggar was bothering a woman who had just come out and she reached inside her handbag. I think the beggar thought he was about to get a handout, but she squirted some pepper spray into his face. He collapsed screaming and she just walked off. Full marks I would say.
