Ample host feedback please?

Hi

Im looking for an inexpensive reseller to transfer about 50 domains to. My current service provider is internationally based and theres too much downtime. Afrihost is affordable but they have issues with their email whether they admit it or not.

Can anyone give feedback in terms of server downtime with amplehost or suggest an affordable reseller hosting company? They must be able to transfer the cpanel accounts as most companies dont offer root access with reseller accounts so i wont be able to transfer it myself.

My budget: R300p/m
Disk space: 10 gigs or more
Must include whm, unlimited cPanels, sql etc

I was with Ample a while back. They were adequate for a while.

Then I started running PHP and MySQL sites and their service slowed to some sites being just to slow.

They tried to resolve the problem by changing something on their side (different machine). It ran well for a while and then slowed down just too much. I was on their unlimited reseller hosting package.

In the end they gave up just saying that's what I get in a shared environment and I gave up on them.

I moved my domains to local hosting and I have been fine on a virtual private server, which is way outside your budget. Site load times are much better.

Host Gator seems to be a no brainer, afri host though are quite good on sites, and hetzner of course but to get the best bang for your buck is gator
