They are an excellent company. Been with them for many years. Although I use them for their hosting services and domain registrations. There service is spectacular, fast and friendly.
I have not used their VPS services, but I would definately recommend them without a doubt

Well, I was with them a couple of years back (web hosting though) and it felt like a family company ran out of their basement. Had endless issues. At one stage they had a guy that stutters answering the support line (no offence to the guy but damn). Eventually I cancelled the contract which turned out to be a mission. Their billing system was more screwed than the city of JHB. I would get final demands from them a few years later even though we had written confirmation that our accounts were settled. I can refer you to a friend of mine with a similar experience. I would stay away, but maybe they changed in the last two years.
