Description: I'm looking for a tenant for my flat in Centurion. I am relocating to JHB and would prefer to get a tenant without the use of an agent. Ideally, I am looking for someone who would be keen to use a 10Mbps ADSL line and would use the 100Mbps link to PTAWUG (3 links in total). I'm running several services which I would like to keep running. The flat is a 1st storey unit in a duplex arrangement in a security complex located near kerksondermure (opposite Centurion Mall). * 2 bedrooms* newly renovated bathroom* newly installed laminated flooring* lockable garage * well kept garden (no/low maintenance)* close to Gautrain station by foot/car and C1 bus route (300m walk)* Total rental = R5000pm* Prepaid electricity* Occupation from 1 May 2012PM me for pictures or more info. If you are currently paying for a 4/10Mbps ADSL line account, you could save by renting this flat. These need to stay to keep services running so your monthly costs would drop quite a bit
