What are the good high end android tablets on the market?

My Galaxy is starting to feel a bit dated and I want to upgrade to something better. What are the good android tablets on the market at the moment? The Ipad is not an option as the apps I use are not available for me in the Apple eco-system.

The Transformer looks good.

I would only go for the Transformer Prime - can't beat the addition of a keyboard dock and HD screen. Samsung hasn't really come out with anything genuinely high end for a while and everyone else is much of a muchness.
