I dont blame 'em... its so easy to get an SA passport.. there are so many pakistanis that come here for a few years just to get an SA passport and then leave to london...

Probably not - but why wait until its an emergency to get a passport?

never mind zims and pakistanis, south africans themselves do it sooo...

EU and USA should ban ALL! ZAR pasports while we K-nive with Palestine terrorists, Gadaffii, Cuba and the likes. We will suffer but it will be for a good course at least!
This GVT only wants their bread buttered at both sides anyway!!
 
Well the lax passport control in this country is the reason why we have to jump through hoops to get visas for the EU/States. There is no big risk for normal south africans (except maybe the uk) streaming into countries to stay there illegally. (The ones that can afford to fly that is ... the rest probably won't be walking to any international border)
