3 years experience in the following is essential.
VB.net / C#.net
T-SQL and SQL Reporting
ASP.net
Documentation (user / technical specifications)
Preference goes to candidates with exposure to the following technologies:
JavaScript/Silverlight/jQuery/AJAX
NHibernate / LINQ
PC Hardware understanding
