ABIT motherboard IS7 fan - where do i buy in Jhb?

Hey Guys

The fan on my ABIT IS7 motherboard (for intel) has gone cablooey. Can anyone tell me where i can buy one? or maybe who stocks ABIT products?

Yip, that's the NorthBridge fan for sure.

Speak to someone at this place, they'll be able to help. Just tell them you need to replace the NorthBridge cooler on an Abit IS7 mobo. Maybe take the cooler off and gooi a bit of Q20 to get it running again.

Seems to be a common problem with the ABit Mobo's. I've got a AI7 with the North bridge fan doing the same thing! :eek:
 
did u find a replacement?

Hi Thorin did u find a replacement as yet?
 
I'm keeping the original fan alive by using Q20. Guess I'll need to change it some day. North Bridge should be easy to cool using any of the VGA/Chipset coolers mentioned in this thread.

Have you tried any yet?
