ICASA to hold ADSL hearings in May

“ICASA will hold the hearings during the month of May – we understand the urgency of the matter,” says councillor Mamodupi Mohlala.
Icasa misses its own deadlines by years. Understanding the urgency my ass.

Blaarie hell. another round of hearings...

Sigh, useless knuckleheads.

Mohlala and N Bulbulia, the two ICASA councillors to chair the hearings, aim to “complete the process” and come to a concrete decision on the final form of the regulations before the end of June, she says.
I doubt this very much. Guess we will have to wait and see again, notice how every single deadline they have set themselves has been missed. Also now we will see if ICASA will fold under the pressure of Companies or whether they will still uphold looking out for the consumer. In addtion they claim it to be the FINAL free meals :p

ADSL Hearings... everyone hears it... thats that.

Maybe ICASA need hearing aids...

So what, ANOTHER ADSL hearing... AGAIN?!!!? what the hell... i know ICASA are stupid, but come one.. this will be the 3rd set of hearings... i smell delaying tactics either by them, or our stupid Minister of Communcations, the school Teacher, poison Ivy

Fsck sakes here we go again, another year another hearing. Why dont they just get the damn job done already!

WTF can there be said that was not said already? Just another stalling tactic sponsored by Telkom the GVT and their goons! After the the last round be got per gig billing and rampant Telkom degrading of services plus numerous unfettered new schemes to make more money to defraud us further by TELKOM and the Telecommunications Industry under the lable of "value added services". We had those services and they were for free! when we still had Internet! I do not want to be here by coming November, Someone will join Al Qaeda and blow up cables, exchanges and Sat landing points if this continues!

lol - no comment, absolutely pointless to waste my typing skills on bitchy remarks!

I think that ICASA should have a pre-ultimate meeting to discuss the discussion of which date to schedule the scheduled ultimate meeting prior to the thoughts surrounding the decision taking process to determine when the post-ore-ultimate meeting should be scheduled.

Having done this, they should meet to discuss it.
