Department of Communications salaries: you may be surprised

How many people are employed by the DOC (permanent; contract) and what is the total annual spend on salaries?

A more pertinent question might be: What do they actually do?

Or alternatively what has the DOC actually accomplished vs average annual cost to the tax payer for the whole department.

Without control of corruption they might as well say they work for peanuts; because these figures are no where close to the reality of what they earn, or at least no one would ever believe them.

Yes does anyone remember by this apparently same "formal measure" what Malema was supposed to earn?

Common dear old Gov. (and MYBB for that matter) please don't published unsubstantiated crap.
Remember until we have proper corruption control and do away with ANC/EE/BEE so called "accounting" could we ever trust any figures given to us.

i need to work on my skills, otherwise the department of miscommunication won't pick me. i'm really bad at estimating time a job that i guessed would take 30min usually takes two hours. i refuse to overestimate.

i need to learn how to say say "30min", then after 25min, i should say "another 30min" after an hour i should then say "sometime after this conversation, it's hard to say".

I see nothing interesting with those figures. Infact they are lower than expected

Also didn't blow me away... would be interesting to see the quantity of employees in each bracket.

How do they get to those averages though? I assume its by adding up all employees salaries and dividing by the amount of employees.
