Poor corporate governance is hurting Telkom

Do they even have corporate governance, I always thought they had ANC governance

This issue seems to come up again and again. How many companies are being driven into ruin because of a lack of coherent corporate governance? It's not like it's a hugely difficult thing to do, it just requires a little bit of effort from the companies leadership. We read again and again about huge companies in trouble, and I think a little bit of oversight might help avoid those sorts of issues.

I work with Dell, and they seem to be a little bit ahead of the curve on corporate governance, but I'm admittedly a little biased. =) I'd like to see a few more companies get with the program.

Just my two cents.
