International is dead for me on Telkom and Openweb (Web Africa backbone)

Hi,

Is anyone experiencing problems with international connectivity? Its dead for me on both Telkom and Openweb (Using the DSL Heaven Webafrica backbone). Might be a SAIX problem?

I also have a WA-managed line, and my connection has been yoyoing recently.
I have submitted support tickets, and WA have asked Telkom to look at the line and, if necessary, send a technician over to my place. [Though I shall probably be away at work.]
 
My downloads are slow as hell today, also durban. It always seems to be durban that has problems:(
 
Note the OP posted at 1 PM. Probably not relevant anymore.
