Anybode receive a mail about SAVOIP? They seem to have some kind of pyrimad-like scheme going on. Wondering if anybody knows anything about their actual products or technology.

This looks like a marvellous pyramid/MLM scheme. Their website claims it is not a pyramid scheme but I fail to understand exactly how the revenue will be generated using VoIP. Sending the subscription sms to 42220 will cost R30 and I doubt there will be any money returned to you.

There are lots of valid technical terms scattered throughout the website and other marketing info but none of the explain the revenue model. It is true that VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), using packet switched data is slowly replacing the existing (virtual) circuit switched connections, but "SA VoIP Network" seems to be a scam which is praying on people's lack of expertise.

No,no... :confused: SAVoIP is no pyramed sheme. There is true and actual added value for member to join eith the oppertuinty to make money or start a business at minnimal cost.;) It is a good oppertunity and at a mere R30 really worth your while. See full details on my blog :

If you would care to comment on how you are making revenue from the VOIP technologies you are using, then perhaps. Unfortunetaly, my friend, you will have difficulties selling it to people on this forum when:
a) It looks dodgy - not necessarily is, but looks.
b) You try to convince us with but 3 posts (thus no credibility on the forum), of which two are double posts and the spelling, sorry to say, sucks.

You still have a chance to prove yourself!

new here, so go easy, There seems to be plenty speak about pyramid schemes, I found out what actually classifies a pyramid scheme.

In order for something not to be a pyramid scheme:

1. A person that sign up another cannot receive money for doing so, there has to be a product involved.
2. The product has to have value to people outside the network.

If you are unsure about a plan that is around goto www.dsasa.co.za (Direct selling association) these guys verify the two previously mentioned points amongst others. There is an email address your can send your request to. The people there are keen to help and will warn of pit falls.
