If you are planning for hosting with HostCow.co.za do your home work first. They have bad ever service I experience in my life time. My blog went Down for 7 days after I transferred it to HostCow.co.za.

The seem like just a reseller for an overseas company?
Seems like they are a re seller of http://www.adslwebhost.com/ which their website seems like either their closed or temp down.

There are plenty of hosting providers (like ourselves ;) ) who run their own servers, in redundant configurations, on local networks, with backups and proper disaster recovery processes and at similar prices to hostcow.

I have designed websites for people which i hosted on host cow. Their downtime is ridiculous!!! The company as a whole is ridiculous. i have moved all my clients to a company a friend of mine recommended, Virtual Domains (http://www.virtualdomains.co.za/) Their prices are reasonable and i haven't had any problems so far.

Would trust the OP more if he could string a sentence together.

Hostcow is a joke! The worst customer service ever. Stay far, far away!!
I speak from experience, had acouple of domains hosted there up until recently (latest outage).
Here is an except from a email sent from their support
Thank you for your valued enquiry at Hostcow. We hope that your experience with us will be a pleasant, hassle free one.
Could you please be so kind to upload your backups to glintenterprises.com so that we can start the restoration process, we will have to recreate all cpanel account under the primary reseller account. Unfortunately I can confirm that our backup drive is corrupted and unrecoverable.
I was rolling on the floor laughing so much. Hassle free - I was not able to get a response from them for more than 7 days.
Copy my backups to glintenterprises.com - NOT my domain!!
Like I said what a joke!
Moved all my domains to Elitehost and am a much happier chappy!
