Hi,

Cannot find the answer searching through old posts.

The daily/weekly specials seems to be only available if you phone/visit the telesales teams.

I save a few minutes by placing an online order, before leaving to pick up at Midrand, but the price
I pay is never the same as those advertised for the day/week in the e-mails.

Is there a technical issue with pulling the specials through to the online system (at least at the back where
order confirmation is done, or at the dispatch when the final invoice is generated?)

Am I just being too difficult?

Thanx

Thank you for the post , you are correct not all specials we do are available for Online Ordering (as we call it)all the time , the reason for this, is that sometimes we do not have enough items, With our sales models we get over 2000 calls over 500 walk-ins per day with everyone wanting stocks and it would be unfair to those clients not to get stocks especially if they are already on premises. I can assure you that we are addressing the issue of stock as we work on the Just in Time (JIT)system but slowly adopting a new method of increasing our stock levels slightly higher especially in the branches so that our Online Ordering clients can also get an opportunity to take advantage of the pricing.
