This is new, past 72 hours. Because I was able to download from Rapidshare on Thursday. But now I get: Your IP-address 196.36.80.163 is already downloading a file.

196.36.80.164 netcache02.isdsl.net

Just keep retrying. It will eventually go through. I think it's something to do with the transparent proxy.
