You are telling us, does that mean it's true?

Why would they need rhino horn money when they can loot the people's money? I somehow doubt they need money from rhino horns to live well but you are telling us so why should we doubt it.

You don't fully understand how the ranks work, the easily plundered and highly lucrative state coffers are reserved for the ones immediately surrounding Mugabe. He has to offer them the easiest money so his throat doesn't get slit in the night.

The others lower down in rank obviously have to manufacture & maintain their own illegal income stream, hence the poaching.
