That's some f***** up police state chit.
Only one of many incidents though; Miss America "groped", cancer survivor told to remove fake breast, or how about a three-year-old boy in a wheelchair having a full pat-down and being swabbed for explosives. Surprised they never groped granny too.. :wtf:

It's all fun and games until it happens to you

Weeping four-year-old girl accused of carrying a GUN by TSA officers after she hugged her grandmother while passing through security

And a recent incident in Wichita, Kansas has reinforced that argument, as a four-year-old girl was apparently subjected to a humiliating ordeal after she hugged her grandmother while she was waiting in line.

The girl was accused of having a gun and declared a 'high security threat', while agents threatened to shut down the whole airport if she could not be calmed down.

Ms Brademeyer and her two children had passed through security when the grandmother was detained after triggering an alarm on the scanners.

Isabella then, according to her mother, 'excitedly ran over to give her a hug, as children often do. They made very brief contact, no longer than a few seconds.'

The young girl was immediately detained by security agents, who apparently shouted at her that she would have to be frisked too, and refused to let her mother explain what has happening.

Ms Brademeyer wrote: 'It was implied, several times, that my mother, in their brief two-second embrace, had passed a handgun to my daughter.'

You got it wrong dude.
Fcu#@ed up is terrorist putting bombs in shoes and drinks and crap.
I would rather have a 4 year old cry that being blown up mid air.

I have come face to face with usa airport security - I made the error of being too lazy to remove my shoes on request, was as close as you could get to getting a free prostate, lucky they decided not to go that far :D

Maybe the Brademeyers all looked like a bunch of rednecks in which case the security personel were justified.

Fked up is threatening to shut the airport down because a 4 year old girl hugged a granny. I was reading this story on rt and as usual the tsa are acting like a bunch of retards. They have abused people in wheel chairs, disabled people, children. It's actually ridiculous.

Considering the government pulled off 911 and there has not been one incident since it is crazy that they act this way. Nanny state of note.

Fcked up is arriving at Joburg International from London and being greeted at customs by a big black mama whose security badge has a photo of a blonde white chick called Chantelle.

It is pathetic the way they handle these non-incidents.

How is your tinfoil hat collection coming along?

:D :D :D

Friends moved to Australia ( work sent them )
The wife was crying so much that security stopped them and questioned the husband. ( which just made the wife cry more )
How long have you been married?
Proof
Are you sure she wants to go?
Proof it.
Why is she crying?
Are you taking her against her will?

:D :D

Mental note:
Never take female (wife/daughter) through any security checks on the 28th day.

Awesome, i have started making my own ones. Tell me crowley after 911 what has happened? What threat has there been? The only time something like 911 can happen again is when the defense force stands down and the signals are sent from the cave. Only someone in a cave in a remote mountain region could get it done :p.

When has a 4 year old or a granny ever carried a gun or explosives on a plane? When has a person in a wheel chair wearing a nappy been caught trying to blow up planes?

when did they actually catch someone with explosives in their shoes, shampoo bottles and crap.

As far as i know they never have because the threat is over rated, perhaps there are no more cave dwellers who can organize the greatest terrorist act with relative ease.

As you say they have never caught anyone, i suppose you may as well threaten 4 year olds and people in wheel chairs just in case. We all know these cave dwellers use any tactic and are more than likely training 4 year olds to shoot and grannies to blow up planes. Why use such people when you can simply hire a few people and get them to hijack planes on the same the military stands down. When u live in a cave you have access to the american military via the cave's secret tunnels that transmits sounds directly from the pentagon control room, so you know everything.

Operation train grannies and 4 year olds to blow up planes, i think the pentagon must investigate ASAP.

Agreed. Terrorists < TSA. But still:

The young girl was immediately detained by security agents, who apparently shouted at her that she would have to be frisked too, and refused to let her mother explain what has happening.

Not allowing the mother to calm the kid and explain WTF is going on  these TSA okes are on a powertrip, Kick in the balls + a disciplinary hearing all round should cut them down to size.

and you have people saying 911 was created for the US to make money or to dump debt.

Thank God I have no reason to ever set foot in that country....

So the TSA has never actually caught someone? Thought as much

Budza you need to isolate terrorists bud, you cannot have their mommies present while you are ensuring the safety of the passengers. They should have water boarded her just in case she was not telling the truth.

Trust me guys, if the TSA was operating in South Africa you would be singing a totally different tune.
We would not stand for what these thugs are doing.

In my previous two statements, I made two basic arguments about post-9/11 airport security. One, we are not doing the right things: the focus on airports at the expense of the broader threat is not making us safer. And two, the things we are doing are wrong: the specific security measures put in place since 9/11 do not work. Kip Hawley doesn’t argue with the specifics of my criticisms, but instead provides anecdotes and asks us to trust that airport security—and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in particular—knows what it’s doing.

He wants us to trust that a 400-ml bottle of liquid is dangerous, but transferring it to four 100-ml bottles magically makes it safe. He wants us to trust that the butter knives given to first-class passengers are nevertheless too dangerous to be taken through a security checkpoint. He wants us to trust the no-fly list: 21,000 people so dangerous they’re not allowed to fly, yet so innocent they can’t be arrested. He wants us to trust that the deployment of expensive full-body scanners has nothing to do with the fact that the former secretary of homeland security, Michael Chertoff, lobbies for one of the companies that makes them. He wants us to trust that there’s a reason to confiscate a cupcake (Las Vegas), a 3-inch plastic toy gun (London Gatwick), a purse with an embroidered gun on it (Norfolk, VA), a T-shirt with a picture of a gun on it (London Heathrow) and a plastic lightsaber that’s really a flashlight with a long cone on top (Dallas/Fort Worth).
The goal of terrorism is not to crash planes, or even to kill people; the goal of terrorism is to cause terror. Liquid bombs, PETN, planes as missiles: these are all tactics designed to cause terror by killing innocents. But terrorists can only do so much. They cannot take away our freedoms. They cannot reduce our liberties. They cannot, by themselves, cause that much terror. It’s our reaction to terrorism that determines whether or not their actions are ultimately successful. That we allow governments to do these things to us—to effectively do the terrorists’ job for them—is the greatest harm of all.
More at the link above ...

So airport security didn't actually prevent any of these.

Believe me, I don't want to be blown up either - but the measures put in place do more to inconvenience the innocent than the guilty.

Exactly ponder basically posted to show us they have never caught anyone. It makes sense though, they spend all their time focusing on babies and people so old they need nappies.

Bloody ridiculous that american people allow it to be honest.
