Best news server to use on mweb uncapped these days?

Good morning. So does anyone know what's the best news server to use on mweb uncapped these days?

I used to use astraweb like 1 or 2 years ago when the uncapped just started and it was extremely slow.

MWEBs own news server is OK. I'm also using xsusnet.com on my 1mb uncapped and I'm getting fast speeds.

I get full line speed (6mbit) from astraweb but not on an mweb uncapped account. I use web Africa home capped.
 
Nothing wrong with Astraweb, i also use NewsDemon http://www.newsdemon.com/ . Both offer "top up" deals (instead of paying monthly). Statistically looking at my nzb downloader, i'm pulling most of my data from NewsDemon (i.e. 10 GB Astraweb vs 18GB NewsDemon) and both servers set to the same priority. So it implies, NewsDemon either are faster or got more content ;)
 
I'm on mweb 4mb uncapped and using astraweb and getting full speeds at night (+-500kbps) and good speeds during the day (+-350kbps) using (normal) port 119, no SSL
