Police service in massive shake-up

Could be a great move if done correctly. Get the skills where they are needed
 
The police doing something correctly ? BWAHAHAHAHA come on man. A black lady said to me yesterday we must bring back "Brixton murder and robbery" then we will see crime drop. You know what ? She was right. We were discussing this murder of these three black ladies the other day.

It’s not a question of getting the skills where they are needed, but the transfer of said skills.You also has the comprehension problem.

Training, resources,retaining skilled staff and numbers.

Thows are the problems with the SA police.

Ofcourse there is a element of corruption but thats kinda like a blanket for most of this country.
 
You see the problem with this is the these people are not enough to have a person at each station and they are also stripped of title.

What will probably happen is these people will be expected to deal with ALL the specilized crime coming from stations in there areas.
