This is disgraceful. There is a reason for strict discipline in all facets of military life. She doesn't understand it. She doesn't belong there.

She lookes like those fat mama Africas that shuffle rather than walk. How the hell did she get to be a colonel.

To make matters worse, she was called for a disciplinary hearing and she came early and then at the correct time she just disappeared.

looks like she needs a couple of sessions of marble PT, but I guess that's not allowed any more either
 
Oh don't get me wrong. It was stupid in her part, she should have taken 2min extra to put normal shoes on. But she's not giving a speech or attending a rally, just shopping.. So I'll give it a pass there

She took the time to take her uniform shoes OFF and put slippers on.

The armed forces are all about discipline. This shows a complete lack thereof, and lack of respect for the uniform. I reckon she'd be court-martialled in the USA.

Also, slippers in public? Seriously? Come ON.

There's actually a law regarding this, for both the police and the military.

But if she is going to wear a uniform, should it not be the complete thing? Why stop at the shoes?
 
No idea. My assumptions was wherever she was posted she was clearly in a private place to wear slippers. And wherever that shop is was nearby hence the pass.

I would have gotten into trouble if I had done something similar in my school uniform... let alone in military uniform...

Have some idiots descended so far down the ladders of hatred that they make a huge issue over her footware? How do we know she hasn't just had corns or bunions removed from her feet?
