Hardware monitoring

I'm looking for an SDK that will give my .NET app easy access to as much temp/voltage/fan speed data as possible from the PC.

I found this, and it was absolutely perfect: http://www.cpuid-pro.com/products-system-monitoring-kit.php
until I read that the prices start at like R12k.

Can anyone suggest something similar? This project wont be generating much money, so paying lots just isn't worth it, and for the same reason spending weeks figuring out how to get this data manually isn't an option.

Maybe WMI has something?

http://openhardwaremonitor.org/ is opensource and has that sort of information. You could look there into how to rip the info from the system.
