When connecting using ADSL IE will NOT open asp or aspx pages and downloads stop after 200kb (IE or Mozilla) and FDM (Free Download Manager) battles on large files.
I fire up the trusty MODEM and open the pages and do the downloads at slow speed.
This happens 9 days out of 10.
Definately the ISP (Telkom) but cant get them to 1. commit, 2. answer the help desk phone 3. offer intelligent help.
Ayone come across this before?
