How to share internet connection in this scenario?

Alright; I use my device (Android) as a router with a WAP. After I've connected to the device, I connect using a proxy (like a VPN of some sort) with a paid account, to a UK server. Now I want my pal with a lappy to have access to the internet as well. I can not share the Wi-fi connection for obvious reasons, and can't share a dial-up connection as I do not connect directly to the Internet with let's say a modem, now how would I enable my mate to use my internet; this proxy allows one concurrent connection, otherwise I would input the credentials in his PC.

Any ideas?
 
Well, if you don't want him to connect to your wireless I suppose you will not be sharing it then... unless I am not understanding your setup....

How are you connecting to the device? Hotspot feature turned on on the Android device? or via usb?
 
Yes the hotspot feature. Wireless Android, it's an HTC Flyer.

Thing is I can not share my WLAN interface as it's in use, unlike sharing PPPoe over Wi-fi, the only thing I can share is my physical LAN, in which even if I did have LAN cable it wouldn't work because his PC wouldn't be going through the proxy.

But if I can find a way to mask my whole internet connection and share it with the proxy that'd be my solution; but do not know how to.
