Hi Guys

I'm looking for a good whey that won't break the bank as I have limited cash resources. I've been looking at Evox Synergy Whey and USN Hardcore Whey gh. Please advise which one is the best.

I would also like a relatively cheap pre and intra workout drink.

Not sure about what is better but I heard coffee flavoured steri stumpi is a good cheap post workout drink
 
Well it is simple,look what is on the bottle and judge for yourself. Only heard bad things about USN but results vary between people. Oh whey and casein are the primary proteins found in milk so what I said makes sense ;) Search for the bodybuilding thread

Yip.... been using him for awhile now.

There's occasionally stock problems which could lead to a wait time - I've now started ordering three weeks in advance just to be safe.

But other than that, the wait is worth it considering the cost of buying in-store.

Think I order around R1000 every few weeks.... just placed an order today.
 
not necessarily, I just want the best product in my price range. And I'm not looking at spending more than R450 for 2kg

He buys from the same factory/supplier/manufacturer/what-ever - he posted the docs once (Ondier on mybb)
 
I know this thread is old, but I don't want to start another, because my question is related. I have budget for 2 kg USN Hardcore Whey (which already contains creatine monohydrate AFAIK), but I can get (for the same price) 2 kg USN 100% Whey Protein Plus AND 120 x USN Creatine X4 capsules. Which would you recommend?
