Seems to me Telkom have seen their ARS3....NEVER had i seen a Telephone-service SO ***** in doing their job (if it was me, i would have been fired). Doesn't matter WHAT the problem....excuses, promises GALORE!
...maybe they'll pitch up to "fix" their lines if requested to do so. I wonder how many times ISP's has been accused of crap service, when in actual fact, its Telkom that doesn't attend to their equipment?
