Just stop spending the money wastefully (how does the Auditor General classify it? Wasteful, fraudulent, and... 2 other categories, which effectively means TAX money was spent but the community received absolutely no benefit from it), and there'll be enough to completely square up the R20B Sanral Debt, in one year.
 
Im glad the guavimint is paying for it. Oh wait, they arent, we are, via taxes. How noble of them

With this is mind, I fully support Motlanthe in his attempt at unseating the cANCer dictatorship and shower-head Zuma. The only downside is that a lot of money would be spent on an early general election and the cANCer would still be re-elected by the sheeple.
