local is fast through newsbin progie thou
any ideas ? is it I.S again ?

thanks :)

Some sites are really slow by me as well...some are fine though. Not sure who to blame here- IS is always an option, and telkom of course!

int seems slow to dead, local fast

I just think the openproxy may be over-used at the mo or getting rapped again

prob guys downloading stuff again , commom problem lol

Yeah , it was great to start with but maybe people have worked out how to use the proxy to dl stuff, which is NOT WHAT IT IS MEANT FOR!!!

and the poor sods who pay suffer browsing like us lol
maybe a 1 gig webafrica account extra for browsing and gaming is a good option

Indeed. At R75 it is reasonable and the fact that it carries over mean that u always have an account to fall back on or one to use just for browsing ...I am gonna give that a go rather i think

Telkom's fault, IS are never to blame.

Guys

If you experience slower speeds, please inform me. I cannot rectify the situation if I am not informed.

The network is under constant monitoring by myself, and the Engineering staff, but sometimes weird errors popup that cannot be traced.

I will look into the slower speeds, and let you know the result.

Kind regards
MrBEEP

i cannot access hotmail via openrouter. All other int sites work. Is there something that i am missing?

Let me look into that bro.

Please PM me your MSN Messenger Addy.

/wp-content/uploads/2006/05/StartMenuEx.zip cannot be allowed by OpenBROWSE. OpenBrowse is a browsing only proxy. Sorry!

So it allows no downloads at all now?? :(:(
