Cant help u with that really, but how much did u get capped on out of interest?

i dont think u can use it if ur capped, afaik ur usage on dialup counts towards ur cap
One of my friends always uses my ti account for dailup. When i reached my cap the dailup stopped working too.
* No impact to access or applications but subject to available shared bandwidth and can be subject to hard capping rules
* Can access the Internet over a dialup connection
That's from the TI site, so i think the idea of the dailup is that is to be used after you're capped.
