When will this disgusting corporation stop?!!?!? RIAA is like Telkom on steroids!

"The RIAA is suing XM Satellite radio contending that the ability to store songs in memory makes it similar to an iPod, but with no income involved for the RIAA." From the article: "XM said it will vigorously defend this lawsuit on behalf of consumers and also called the lawsuit a bargaining tactic. [...] The labels are currently in talks with XM and its rival Sirius Satellite Radio, to renegotiate digital royalty contracts for broadcasts."

I really cant stand the RIAA. This is just the latest in a series of evil deeds

They (and SonyBMG in particular) hold up the negotiations in every country where iTMS wants to open, including SA

They now are changing their tune and claim that ripping a cd that you own to put on your iPod/whatever is illegal

The current prices of CDs is the only thing that should be illegal in any of this!
