What do you cook when you've run out of ideas for dinner?

Mine is chicken curry :) Why? Probably because there are so many variations on the theme!

What is yours ?

Hmmm... Food. Either a Bolognese made with minced Chorizo or a Green Thai Chicken Curry or a mango/cream/Greek yogurt/ treacle sugar dessert... Damn, hungry again now.

Mine is chicken curry as well...roti,rice,bunny chow...plenty of ways to serve it

2) Mac n cheese with bacon
3) crumbed chicken lol

I still stay at home, but parents are retired so they pretty much are away for 1/3 of the year! I can cook quite a lot, but those are the lazy days one!

I recently started a list lol, every time my mom cooks something I like I write it down, otherwise I run out of ideas quickly! Plus I want a recipe book when I leave home!

Gimme minced meat and I'll whip you up a meal in a flash.

For me its the Omlette, various ways to make depending on the ingredients available at the time.

bacon egg and cheese burgers

But since bread has been banned out of my house. Cheese platter. :o I'm a lazy cook. :o

Those Frozen pizza's - the Foccacia ones
And pasta with a tin of tomatos

Otherwise, if we really lazy, popcorn

"een bak Rys gereg"

Fry mince. Put in oven proof dish. Add some chutney on top. add cup of uncooked rice on top of that. add tin of minestrone soup. Fill tin with water and add that as well. Put in oven for like 40min and voila !!!!

Stir Fry bully beef with mixed veg and rice. It's known as the Dad's Special in my house.

I do also do a chicken, sweetcorn and egg noodle soup. That's known as the WTH soup (termed by the Wifey).
